COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottleshare at Lancaster Gate. Thanks to Paul. Hazy paleish gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is soft, airy and semi dry. Sweet candy fruits and sweet floralness. A trace of lemon offers some contrast. Light finish. A real candy beer but quite enjoyable.

25cl bottle shared at Leighton’s May tasting. Many thanks to Paul for this one. It pours a clean golden color with a small white head. Aroma is fully sweet and fruity, like liquefied apricot jam. Taste is also sweet and fruity with more hugely sweet sugary apricot and light lemon notes. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, quite bad

Bottle shared at Leighton’s. It pours hazy dirty gold with a small white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tangy, apple tango, pear, peach, gummy bears, parma violets and sherbet. The taste is bitter, earthy, bready, straw, grass, minerals, lemon- sherbet, pear and apple with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Not as sweet as feared. Ok for what it is.

Aroma: very fruity and floral. Appearance: pale yellow; cloudy, almost opaque; head fairly large and stable. Taste: a little sweet, just a bit sour. Palate: body medium; carbonation average; mouth feel a bit foamy; finish slightly sweet. Overall: the aroma is great; other than that, somewhat average.
