2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy amber color; creamy head. The aroma is clearly infected, even worse than the Dunkel, additionally with a dash of heavily roasted malts, dusty. The body is lighter and less sweet than the Dunkel, with some caramel flavor and a light but evident infection. The final, although lightly sour, is balanced; it’s drier than the Dunkel. Still drinkable, even if infected.
