Snow white top on a clear pissy bottom. The ususal grain aroma with a sweet edge. Thin pilsner flavor again with some sweetness and a herbal touch. Lack of bitterness. Not the worst intl. lager, but would probably taste a lot better if drunk in Zambia!

Aroma: Medium-light malt, Light toasty, caramel. Light spicy hops. Light cooked corn. Clean. No esters.
Appearance: Brilliant, yellow body. Small, white head. normal bubbles, fair retention. Lacing.
Flavour: Medium-light grainy, crackers. Medium-light bitterness, spicy hops. Light cooked corn. Dry, crisp finish with lingering light bitterness. Clean.
Mouthfeel: Slight carbonic sting. Light body. High carbonation.
Overall: Crisp, refreshing. Lingering bitterness and carbonic sting makes the beer very more-ish!

Reason i like Mosi is it is pure, i can drink this all day and have no headache the next morning. The main brewery is built on a natural spring. It is a crisp, refreshing tasting beer not too pungent. Overall a middle of the road tasting beer that is inoffensive. My beer of choice in Zambia.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Very, very pale golden. Neat white ringed cap. Nose is grassy, grainy as fuck. Initial is like dried out custard and rice. Carbonation is very firm, mouthfeel laughably uncrisp. Urgh.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle brought back by Steve.
Aroma: Grain, yeast, clean (i.e., not earthy), light.
Flavor: Grain evolves into a sweeter bready grain. Finishes with a medium bitterness on the front-mid part of the tongue rather than in the throat.
Comment: Well-balanced. Surprisingly well made.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
So far the best beer in zambia. Had this in ndola july 2015. What means fresh from the brewery as it gets produced here. Aroma: bit malty bit hops, some sweetness. Light in colour and Foam was good. Taste: maize and sugar is used for brewing it which explains the bit watery/empty taste. with slight malt and caramel flavours. Bitterness not strong. Overall: high drinkability as it has only 4% and goes down like water. Especially on hot day in zambia
