Bottle in Mostar. It’s hard to find--it was available at a super restaurant called Hameli Han (or something similar). The gold is fairly rich. But its got no head. Smells like standard macrobrew graininess. Isnt sour and has no overt problems except for the lack of hops and general boringness.

bottle, picked up in a kiosk in mostar. pale golden with a slim head; aroma of peanut skin and wet hay; chewy malt character and more bitterness than expected

50 cl. bottle sampled @ Barley Legal Tasting Room. Thanks to Dave, Man-ki & Michiel for the bottle! Clear golden, oddly almost no head. Sweet oily corn, light metal, lots of cooking oil. Very oily pale lager feel & taste to it, corn, cooking oil, sticky sweet, white sugar, sticky, faint bitter in the back. Not bad for a pale lager style offering but far too oily. Thx.

0,5l bottle. Golden color with quickly disappearing white head. Weak malty aroma with some hoppy notes. Taste is medium bitter. Medium body with average carbonation.

Bought in Mostar. In fact I was given a couple of bottles for free, as I gave a bit more tip than usual. The girl in the bar looked like she was worked to her tether. It pours quite dull, with little or no head, a slight whiff of malts, and after that, it tastes like a reguar Southern Europe lager, with little or no afterthought. Its somewhat old world charm does redeem it a bit however, and I will forever remember when and where I had it.

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2014 Mostarsko pours out a clear golden content which is topped with an average white head of short retention. There’s not much to the aroma, just a faint malty smell. The taste is similarly pretty neutral. Slight sweetness at first followed by a mildly bittery body and the finish. Nothing special.

Golden pour with thin white head. Malt, a little caramel aroma, grainy and a bit funky. Taste is malty, richer than expected, but grainy. Not bad, not great.

Based on memory (had this some houra ago), this is really the same as all the pale lagers here. Extra points for the special etiquette and at least trying to be different. Just add something to the beer itself too:)

0.5 l bottle thanks to lutonm for bringing two of them to Zagreb! It poured pale yellow body with medium to bigger head. Weaker funky aroma, hay, grains, slightly eggy. Flavor was somewhat sour, seems to contain corn no matter what label says, herbal hops were in here but not much. Thin in body with shorter, only little acidic and watery finish. Not utterly bad, but not really good, somehow, I expected more.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of luttonm, shared with him and Marko. Very nice label. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, whiff of cereals in the nose. Slight acidic malty, cereals and light herbal with bitterish/acidic finish. Not so good and boring lager.
