Bel naso piccantino, sensazione alcolica un po’ pronunciata in obca e in bocca anche.

Ottimo aspetto, bel naso pepato e grande bevibilità. In bocca è davvero gustosa e rinfrescante, dunque il suo lo fa eccome.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, light yeasty. Bitter, mild herbal and light grassy. Peppery from back of the nose.

Draft at the brewpub in Florence. Pours a very cloudy, dark golden orange color with a one finger frothy white head that quickly settles into a thin ring. Spotty lacing left behind. Earthy barnyard aroma with lots of zesty spice, bready yeast and light fruit.  Hints of pepper, coriander, grass and straw with lots of bread and banana as well as some apple and pear. Medium bodied with a strong zesty spice and a sweet citrus presence that lingers over the barnyard funk and bready yeast into a slightly dry finish. Citrus, zesty coriander and pepper along with grapefruit, orange peel and delicate earthy hops. Fuller bodied than expected but flavorful and easy to drink.

Pours a cloudy tangerine color with an off white head. Smells of fruit, yeast, spice and hops. Taste is fruity, dry, yeasty finishing dry. Light body very low carbonation. Pretty tasty but not particularly complex.

In short: A refreshing, semi-wild and floral Saison. Very nice.
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Cloudy golden orange body topped by a medium off-white leaving a lot of lacing
In long: Nose is typical Saison yeast with aromatic floral/flowery hops. Body and mouthfeel is spot-on for the style, full, semi-fluffy and with a very lively expansive carbonation. Taste is semi-wild, lots of round smooth cereals, lemon pie, flower petals, some tropical fruits, curacao, a little black pepper touch. Mild bitterness, light tartness. Finishes leaves a refreshing wild yeast and fruit salad aftertaste and you immediately want another sip. That nice brewpub is the little shinning star in the beer wasteland that is Florence Italy. The birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, creator of the world’s most famous drawing, The The Vitruvian Man, a work of art beloved by men from all around the world for its timeless capacity to make them feel better about their own weiner.
