Tasted at thier new place in via de Nazionale in Florance. Orangish colour witha medium head. Hoppy and some malty taste. Italian beers have this nutty caracter and this have the same caracter too. Avarage beer.

Draft at the Florence location. Orange color and a moderate head. Aroma has some coriander, a little hops, and wild flowers. Flavor is very dry, herbs and more flowers with a little hops. The flavors could be a little more intense, and maybe a little sweeter, but it is a decent effort.

I stumbled upon this while backpacking around Europe, and that day - homeless in Florence. ’Saison’ was written on a slice of cardboard by the tap. I remember really enjoying it, but who doesn’t like beer when they are temporarily homeless, especially in a foreign city, where you don;t speak the language. I wish I remember more, but all i can muster up is that it was very flavorful and had a hint of raisons or dates that left an interesting aftertaste.
