COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is something really intriguing about a beer that is light in color, yet still infused with huge aroma and flavor, isn’t there? It deceives the senses in a pleasant, yet completely surprising way; tasting great beer tends to be like that. So much of what we "expect" to taste, influences our opinion even before we actually do the tasting. Today, we ask that you set any preconceived notions aside so that you can take in the unexpected. A simple grain bill of pils, light crystal, and a bit of wheat, combined with a vigorous hop dosing of Mosaic and Simcoe make this beer just bookoo enough. Just don’t call it "too bookoo!"

650 ml bottle. Pours a golden colour with a large frothy white head. Aroma is rather strong with herbs, weed, pine and fruitiness. Rich and floral flavour with strong bitterness, sweet orange juice, pils malt, strong herbal notes and some mild graininess. Medium bodied and a big, dry, very bitter finish. I just love Mosaic hops, but somehow pils malt is a bit too dominant here malt-wise. Maybe this just isn’t as fresh as it should be. Still enjoyable.

65 cl bottle. No freshness info.
Pours clear golden color with a large white head. Nice fruity and hoppy on the nose, floral notes, pine needles and some grass. Caramel malts on the flavor, citric fruits with oily and resinous hops. Slick bitter palate. Nice, refreshing and balanced, nothing special though.

Hoppy grapefruit flavor, pine needles, mango, grapefruit, pine apples, floral notes, some oranges. Full bodied and just wonderful!

Golden yellow with a slight haze, off-white head and ok lace. Aromas of citrus hops, pine, passion fruit, pineapple and kiwi, with a modest barnyard smell as well. Flavor includes grapefruit, tangerine and light floral hops with an earthy malt backbone, and rye-like spices. Medium body and carbonation, creamy mouthfeel, and a crisp finish.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy complex sour citrus earthy hop aroma. Medium to abundant body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This beer exceeded my expectations.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Aroma is an amazing medley of fruits. Some quite unusual. Med + body. Flavor is earthy hop with a lot of New Zealand suggestions. Quite fruity after the earth passes by. It’s finishing pretty dry and very bitter. Highly recommended.

Bomber. A nice looking beer. Simcoe and Mosaic dominate. Seems out of balance, the bitterness is a touch aggressive. Abrupt finish, maybe a bit tannic? There are things I like in here but others that aren’t working. No bottle date that I can see, doesn’t taste stale but I wonder how fresh.
