There is something really intriguing about a beer that is light in color, yet still infused with huge aroma and flavor, isnít there? It deceives the senses in a pleasant, yet completely surprising way; tasting great beer tends to be like that. So much of what we "expect" to taste, influences our opinion even before we actually do the tasting. Today, we ask that you set any preconceived notions aside so that you can take in the unexpected. A simple grain bill of pils, light crystal, and a bit of wheat, combined with a vigorous hop dosing of Mosaic and Simcoe make this beer just bookoo enough. Just donít call it "too bookoo!"

Draft at the surfrider cafe. Santa Cruz. Clear golden orange coloured pour with a steadfast sticky white head. Attractive, excellent lace. Aroma is nice mixed tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit, little tarmac, citrus. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, grains, mango and passion fruit tropical, orange rind. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Good IPA. Nice and fruity/ juicy.

Pours a finger of head on a clear straw body. The aroma is danky citrus. The taste is clean with a quick bitter followed by a honey sweet and some spice. Nice. The texture is crisp. Enjoyable.

Can purchased at the brewery. This is an amazing IPA. Fruit, Simcoe, super pleasant and strong aroma. Flavor lives up to the aroma.

Can - lovely hoppy smell and decent head; delightful, frothy and soft mouthfeel too. A really fruity and piney hop hit is softened by the underlying sweetness. Very enjoyable and not over the top with the hops, as they are really strong, but your mouth doesn't feel shrivelled or dry like with some hop monsters!

Has that strong aroma reminiscent of so many Lagunitas beers. This is really good. Very hoppy in the body and finish, with just a bit of sweetness. Excellent
