COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is something really intriguing about a beer that is light in color, yet still infused with huge aroma and flavor, isn’t there? It deceives the senses in a pleasant, yet completely surprising way; tasting great beer tends to be like that. So much of what we "expect" to taste, influences our opinion even before we actually do the tasting. Today, we ask that you set any preconceived notions aside so that you can take in the unexpected. A simple grain bill of pils, light crystal, and a bit of wheat, combined with a vigorous hop dosing of Mosaic and Simcoe make this beer just bookoo enough. Just don’t call it "too bookoo!"

On tap at the Beer Baron. It pours a nice clear golden orange color with a lasting white head. The aroma jumps out as very fruity with citrus and tropical fruit. Light grassiness. The flavor is more floral and spicy with a touch of grass in the finish. Some citrusy grapefruit as well. Strong bitterness and light caramel malt. A pretty nice IPA.

With Z and A at Brass Tap , Coral Springs, pours a clear golden yellow color with a nice white head. Aroma is like a bowl of ripe Georgia peaches, heavenly . Taste is sweet , mild hoppiness , very soft resin and pine and deep fruit....peaches. Finish is sweet and ends on the same fruity tasting notes. What a peach of a beer , rather outstanding ! Quaff Score 9 / 10

Bottle. A golden color with a white head. A very nice aroma with grassy citrus hops but it feels watery and light on the palate and finish.

Draught at Harry’s Hofbrau. Slightly hazy pale gold with moderate white head a d large amounts of lacing. Aroma of moderate tropical fruit. Veiled malt lends a nice subplot. Taste is overt citrus. Moderate bitterness. Very clean and easy to drink without getting distracted by too much.

(En fût au Iron Pig): Une explosion d’agrumes et de douceur tropicale sur une base biscuitée ferme et machable. Très adéquat.

Pours a light yellow color with a light floral aroma. Taste is mild citrus with a decent floral bitter aftertaste. The alcohol level of this beer was hidden well, leaving a light IPA with easy drinkability. The floral and citrus notes mix well and allow this beer to be crisp and clean.
