COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is something really intriguing about a beer that is light in color, yet still infused with huge aroma and flavor, isnít there? It deceives the senses in a pleasant, yet completely surprising way; tasting great beer tends to be like that. So much of what we "expect" to taste, influences our opinion even before we actually do the tasting. Today, we ask that you set any preconceived notions aside so that you can take in the unexpected. A simple grain bill of pils, light crystal, and a bit of wheat, combined with a vigorous hop dosing of Mosaic and Simcoe make this beer just bookoo enough. Just donít call it "too bookoo!"

Sure, another well-crafted IPA, but you would be hard pressed to distinguish this from the 100s of other IPA s that taste EXACTLY like this. Very assertive, if you like that in your hippy beverages, not the most balanced approach. Good, but nothing to write the President about. Serving: 16oz scooner.

Pours golden hazy color with mild foam head. Aroma is hippy with fruity scents. Taste is a smooth fruity flavor with a bitter dry finish. Pretty good but forgettable in a sea of craft beers.

Ok. On tap at the Hopyard. Fairly hoppy and smooth, but not remarkable. Certainly drinkable though.

Canned from Casa De Oro. Hoppy up front with a bit of grapefruit. Moves into a little bit of a tropical thing. Solid quaffable IPA. Clean and full flavored. Another solid offering from Mother Earth.
