COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is something really intriguing about a beer that is light in color, yet still infused with huge aroma and flavor, isnít there? It deceives the senses in a pleasant, yet completely surprising way; tasting great beer tends to be like that. So much of what we "expect" to taste, influences our opinion even before we actually do the tasting. Today, we ask that you set any preconceived notions aside so that you can take in the unexpected. A simple grain bill of pils, light crystal, and a bit of wheat, combined with a vigorous hop dosing of Mosaic and Simcoe make this beer just bookoo enough. Just donít call it "too bookoo!"

Bottle. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Wow, this is pretty awesome. Lemony citric and resinous hops, fresh pine and spruce, moderate bitterness, and a sharp hoppy finish with a bit of lingering bitterness. Zero astringency, no unnecessary ABV , very mild part presence. Really great. Iíd have guessed Chinook, Amarillo and Simcoe hops, but it looks like Mosaic and Simcoe from the description. Super fresh and bright and delicious.

Bottle. Nice light golden yellow pour. Hoppy but not too crazy. I like the mosaic. Crisp, clean, a nice citrus feel to it. Some grapefruit, lemon. Good beer.

Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and minerally crisp. Nice nose of floral peach. Light malts, fluffy cream. Hops kick in quickly. Peachy floral turning to citric bitterness. Airy finish. Dried fruits linger on. Nice.

Bottle. The pour is light. The aroma is big hops, nice and aromatic. The taste is big. Much like the description, you wouldn't expect such a big taste profile from a beer that looks like a light beer. Very impressed. Boo Koo! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber purchased at Holiday Wine Cellar ($6.99). Pours a slightly hazed yellow-gold hue with two fingers of fluffy white foam. AROMA of big peach, ripe melon, berries, honey, tropical fruit, citrus, and light dank. FLAVOR of peach, loquat, tropical fruit, berries, light onion, and herbs. Light to moderate bitterness and little malty sweetness. Really surprised by this one. The Mosaic really comes through with some different and more interesting aromas and flavors (I especially liked the peach). The light malt bill allows these more unique hop elements to shine through. Will have to look for more of this. (30, 922)

Tasted on 10/6/14 from a capped 650mL bomber bottle purchased from Beverages 4 Less and shipped. Pours slightly hazy pale orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to a thick, bubbly collar and some bubbly spots. The nose is full of dank hops that are nicely balanced by some herbal grassy, resin, and citrus peel, with a bit of mallow and bread malt. The flavor has the faintest touch of sweet bread up front, moving to all of the same grassy, herbal, and touch of citrus hops from the nose, with a nice, but very balanced bitterness. The body is medium with a somewhat oily texture, average carbonation, and a long dank, citrus peel, and nicely bitter hops finish.

Hazy blond color with medium sized head. Strong aroma of pungent and citrusy hops. Dry but soft mouthfeel; lean malt flavor, with pungent and resiny hops. Powerful and balanced.
Easy to describe and just the perfect IPA; fresh and with delicate malt profile. A hop statement.

22oz bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a white head. Lighter in color than most IPAs. Citrus, crisp and refreshing. Good amount of bitterness. This is one of the best IPAs I've had. I wish I could get it more regularly. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a clear yellow with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong mosiac and floral. Medium mouthfeel with nice citrus, oak, with light bitterness. Good.
