There is something really intriguing about a beer that is light in color, yet still infused with huge aroma and flavor, isnít there? It deceives the senses in a pleasant, yet completely surprising way; tasting great beer tends to be like that. So much of what we "expect" to taste, influences our opinion even before we actually do the tasting. Today, we ask that you set any preconceived notions aside so that you can take in the unexpected. A simple grain bill of pils, light crystal, and a bit of wheat, combined with a vigorous hop dosing of Mosaic and Simcoe make this beer just bookoo enough. Just donít call it "too bookoo!"

22oz bomber pours with a clear pure gold body that supports a thin off white head. The aroma offers up inviting citrus juicy smelling mango and spicy hop dankness flowing into grassy to floral hoppiness. The taste is easy going and it makes it hard to stop taking refreshing sips and start taking notes. After nearly half the bottle . . . here it goes. The beer delivers clementine and ripe tangelo citrus, some mango juicy tropical fruitiness. To midway it starts to get into growing bitterness with the help of spicy dank onion and floral hops. Damn solid IPA.

On tap at the Beer Baron. It pours a nice clear golden orange color with a lasting white head. The aroma jumps out as very fruity with citrus and tropical fruit. Light grassiness. The flavor is more floral and spicy with a touch of grass in the finish. Some citrusy grapefruit as well. Strong bitterness and light caramel malt. A pretty nice IPA.

With Z and A at Brass Tap , Coral Springs, pours a clear golden yellow color with a nice white head. Aroma is like a bowl of ripe Georgia peaches, heavenly . Taste is sweet , mild hoppiness , very soft resin and pine and deep fruit....peaches. Finish is sweet and ends on the same fruity tasting notes. What a peach of a beer , rather outstanding ! Quaff Score 9 / 10

On tap at Brewhouse Gallery. Served in a pint glass. Hazy pale orange. Nice white head. Lightly tropical. Some lemon. Popcorn malt. Tastes less of hops, but still has a melon flavor. Cracker and doughy sweet malt. Grapefruit bitterness. Medium body. Solid IPA that maybe isnít bursting with hop flavor.
