Low key with some grass and lemon in there. Bottle from Chips in Outer Banks, NC. Okay beer but lacks the crispness I associate with this style.

Bottle. Ehhh I like German beers a lot but this wasn’t blowing me away. Solid, but for some reason I’m not totally sure about it wasn’t the best thing ever. I’ll try it again.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20
Pours from the bottle a pale yellow with a tint of orange. The nose is sweet orange citrus, mouthfeel creamy, and the finish is clean and smooth, with a blend of floral hops and orange crush. I could drink a million of these. Wow, what a Kolsch.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUL 7, 2011 Bottle. I’m not a Kolsch fan, but this is a nice example of the style. It’s refreshing, grainy, and would work well as a mid-session palate-cleanser or yard brew. Well made even if not my thing.
Rerate: this beer is making me a kolsch fan. Crisp, clean, excellent finish. The perfect "light" craft beer.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: JUN 24, 2012 Float on the grainy tide of Endless River through a slightly hazy golden current whilst the frothy head forms ample eddies of thick white lace on the glassy shoreline. Aroma shows grassiness, cereal and a little cattiness. Slightly thin bodied with a lightly tart lemony finish. A good lawnmower beer and easy session brew. A little more hop character then others of its ilk.
