Bottle. The pour was a hazy medium yellow with an average sized (1-2 finger) white fluffy head that lasted a little while and had some nice lacing.
The aroma was super light of a grain malt, grassy and floral hops and a soapy yeast with a hint of lemon.
The taste was lightly sweet and mildly acidic with touch of lemon at first and slightly bitter with a large does of yeast and a hint of citrus at the end. The flavor lasted an average time with a yeasty-citrus taste lingering on for a little while.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with the carbonation being rather soft.
Overall this was a nice light refreshing Kölsch. Although nothing special really stuck out it was quite solid for the style.

Beautiful clear light golden pour with a nice creamy white head. Light fruity nose with very light graham cracker malty notes and a whiff of floral hops. Nice fruity (grape?) and graham cracker flavor with a slight sweet finish. A tad dryer would make this beer even better. Light bodied with medium-high creamy carbonation. No astringency. Wow! One of the best kolsch style beers I’ve tried. Definitely plan on trying more from Mother Eartch Brewing Co.

Grassy aroma. Golden beer with a small white delicate head. Taste on fresh mowed straw. Cold and crisp feel. Easy to appreciate.

Tap at Bad Bean Kill Devil Hills. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of some grains, light grass and a lingering sweetness. Taste is bready malts, light floral and grassy hop. Clean, drinkable and refreshing, but rather forgettable.

A: The beer pours a pale straw color with a short lived white head.
S: The aroma is lightly sweet with a mild corn note. There is some cracker malt with a slight floral hop aroma. A bit of yeast and hints of white grapes.
T: A really strong flavor of white grapes which gives is sort of a crappy white wine taste. Other than that, there is some sweet bread and pale malt with a hint of biscuit malt. A fairly mild bitterness with a hint of grass
M: The body is medium, as is the carbonation.
O: Not sure where that white wine/grape flavor came from, but it really ruined the beer.

Not a bad beer. Not too much going on for this beer. Needs something else to make it work.
