COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This DIPA is a bad ass. Straight up. It’s hopiness isn’t just limited to the floral nose or lingering bitterness but a full hop flavor all the way through your palate. We bitter with a Super Alpha, and follow it up with a few flavoring additions throughout the boil. A massive dry hop of Simcoe and Amarillo create a huge aroma profile that really comes through in a big way.

Can (8.2%) from Casa De Oro. Very dank and dry up front. Extremely clean with a potent hop character that sticks around from start to finish. Great 2IPA. One of the best I’ve had in a long time.

Crystal clear deep golden yellow body was a phony off white head. Sharp citrus and pine hop aroma with and almost estery quality. The hops come through loud and clear in the initial taste. This is followed by a surprisingly rich and creamy malt body with enough caramel sweetness to balance out the bitterness. This balance goes back and forth and builds in a delicious way. Near the end the taste becomes almost of tropical fruits. The bitterness lays down on the tongue but not in the overwhelming way. Finishes clean and sweet with a lasting bitterness. Very tasty DIPA.

I like it. A little dry for my taste but very enjoyable. Dry hopped citrus and bitterness. Not terribly complex.

Can sample at a tasting at Beer and Beyond, Tel Aviv. 8.2% abv. Hazy golden with white head. The aroma has notes lots of onion, a bit piney with some spiciness. Bittersweet flavor with notes of onion and citrus, light malty sweetness, spicy and a bit alcoholic. Medium to full-bodied.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small cream colour head. Dank hoppy nose, spicy fruits too. Palate is light and slightly soft, modest fine carbonation. Malts provide a little cream but they are not that sweet. Spicy dank hops, strong dankness. Ripe tropical fruits underneath. Piney dank finish. Dank!

Can from The Needle & Pin, Loughborough. Cloudy orange with nice white head. The Simcoe and Amarillo are evident in the big citrus fruity aroma. Hoppy, bitter, dry and spicy in the taste. Full bodied, quite highly carbonated, some late warmth in the hoppy bitter finish. Most enjoyable.
