3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
22oz bomber, no date from Olive Tree Market in OB, $7.99. Medium orange with a creamy 1 1/2 finger off-white head, fading to a thick clingy ring and film. Citrus peach resiny pine hopped nose Flavor is more piney and bitter, with moderate husky grains and a touch of caramel. Substantial bitterness in the semi-dry finish, light spicy alcohol. Does get a litle bit more peachy as it warms. Low carbonation with a medium full body. Not too bad--definitely above average--, but would’ve liked to see more juicy bright hops instead of the dominant earthy pine and big bitterness.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a hazy copper with a one finger off white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, sweet toasted malts, caramel, and some toffee. Taste is of citrus peels (a lot of grapefruit and orange) pine, sweet toasted malts, caramel, some tofffee, and maybe some tropical fruit. Has a medium body with a slighty creamy mouthfeel, and a pretty bitter, slighty boozy, long finish. Overall, a pretty tasty DIPA that could use some more body and hide its ABV a little more.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
650 ml bottle from bev4less. Pours a hazy copper color with a small white head that has good retention. The aroma is medium in strength with fresh citrus; oranges and tangerines mostly, followed up by a touch of toffee. The taste, like the aroma, is a big blast of citrus, lots of oranges, tangerines, grapefruit set nicely in mild caramel malt base. The palate is a bit on the lighter side but is appropriate for the style and the carbonation is lively. Finishes medium in duration and dry. Overall: Excellent IPA.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear bright orange colored pour with a white head. Strangely, some vanilla on the nose. A bit of an herbal hop character, some sweet bread, toasted malt, and fruit such as orange and peach. Sweet caramel, bread, sugar, and fruit notes. Some herbal hops, light floral notes, light citrus peel bitterness, and a hint of alcohol.
