This DIPA is a bad ass. Straight up. Itís hopiness isnít just limited to the floral nose or lingering bitterness but a full hop flavor all the way through your palate. We bitter with a Super Alpha, and follow it up with a few flavoring additions throughout the boil. A massive dry hop of Simcoe and Amarillo create a huge aroma profile that really comes through in a big way.

From the bomber it has an amber color with a medium head. There is some citrus on the nose with some grassy notes. Taste has pine with more citrus. Nice finish.

Bottle. Orangish fuller bodied pour. Chemical with orange zest aroma. Citrusy, orange flavor over caramel maltiness. Nice Deinkability. Far from a hop bomb, decent flavor, good mouthfeel. Decent

Deep golden with a white head - Nice hop aroma with fruits - a good malt body to support a good hop profile with a lot of citrus and a good bitterness - Lingering dry hop finish - This was good

UPDATED: APR 20, 2014 22 oz Bomber. The beer pours to a Light Amber color with a thick white head. The aroma is strong with floral, citrus & burnt malt & barley. The Taste is medium in body with a slight sweet floral taste upfront followed by a very bitter finish. Overall not bad but a little funky after taste.

From 22 oz bottle. I think my bottle said 8.2%. Pours copper. Aroma of melon and floral hops. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of burnt malts, cream of tartar, grapefruit hops, strange melon juice, alcohol. Overall big and bold but funky and bitter.

22oz bomber pours with a crystal clear copper body that has gold hued edges and supports a tall tan head of foam. The aroma is orange juice cut with grapefruit and lighter notes of malts, lime and faint caramel malts. The taste begins with a rush of malt sweetened citrus with grapefruit, tangelo and orange. Those notes are laced oddly with a caramel maltiness with a thin ribbon of butterscotch and this seems to distract from the overall experience by a small amount. This tastes a bit flawed but Iím still digginí this diggity.
