Pours amber in color with an off-white head. Sweet fruity esters of pear and apple. There’s a slight metallic note and some light sourness. Some sweet bread, toffee, and toast. A very light nuttiness and yeast character. Tastes of apple, pear, and sweet malt. Bread, toast, and a hint of toffee to go with yeast, very mild floral hops, and some metal. Light tartness on the finish.
