COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Being the first beer off our bottling line, Pin Up Pale Ale knows just what you like. Bittered with Summit, and dry hopped with Citra and Chinook, it’s herbal hop aroma and San Diego-style bitterness pushes the Pale Ale boundaries. A simple grain bill keeps it hop forward with a malty balanced. But we don’t want to reveal too much, just enough for intrigue!

From 650 ml bottle at bev4less. Thanks Mike. Pours an unfiltered cloudy amber color with a small off-white head that has fair retention. The aroma is strong with hops that are dank herbal, citrusy and just a touch of pine. The flavor, like the aroma, showcases grass, grapefruit, oranges, resins and a very mild caramel malt base. The palate is full and silky smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes medium in duration, clean and dry. Overall: First rate pale ale.

Pours a medium amber with great clarity and lacing. Aromas of honey, pine, citrus and a little caramel. Taste is pine resin, grapefruit and a sweet malty backbone. Finish dry but semi sweet. Should be an ipa if not for the abv. Outstanding brew from a brewer that cares about the product.

Pour a bright orange with a one finger off white head which fades to nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, some tropical fruits, and some sweet bready malts. Taste is of bitter grapefruit, orange, pine, tropical fruits (melon and mango) and sweet bready malts. Has a medium body with a slightly creamy motuhfeel and semi bitter, yet refreshing, medium finish. Overall, a pretty tasty and refreshing APA that is another nice suprise from Mother Earth.

A hazy orange colored pour with a white head. Semi-sweet orange, grapefruit, and floral hops. A bit of sweet bread, mild tropical fruit, and some notes of melon. There’s a light bitterness to the flavor. Tangerine, orange, and grapefruit citrus notes. Good melon and tropical fruit. Light malt sweetness of bread and biscuit. Really nice and easy to drink pale ale.
