UPDATED: FEB 24, 2013 Draft at the taproom. On the way to visit our family, we stopped to taste some new beer. I tried their hopped beers first. This is their regular IPA. The color was light gold and clear. The aroma was mild citrus. Nice texture with average carbonation. Their is a tingle on the tongue while drinking and at the finish.

Sorta strange. Really harshly bitter, but without a pleasant hop citrus brightness. Mostly pine in the aroma, no sweet backbone to balance a very earthy dry mouthfeel.

12oz bottle--->nonic. Pours a golden orange with a thin soapy white head and no lace. Aroma is heavy caramel and light grass. Taste is extra sweet/caramel malt and a faint hint of grassy hops with no bite. Decent medium palate with good carb. Pretty boring midwest tasting IPA.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Panzuriel (1182) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - NOV 16, 2012
Sisters pours a hazy apple juice light amber with no real lace to speak of. Light Hop nose with just a hint of sweet and salavatingly enticing astringentness. Body is fizzy on the tongue. Taste is Very dry with just a hint of bitters and sweetness on the finish. Mostly all aftertaste. Somehow I would have liked just a bit more.

Bottle. Hazy orange, no head. Very plain smell for an IPA, lots of bread and yeast. Taste is similar, a little hop bite in there too. Not much to see here folks.
