Made with hops grown in the good íol USA... youíll proudly support American farmers when you drink beer! Light copper in color, it has an intense hop aroma and strong hop bitterness. Our hopback process uses fresh hop cones to take this IPA to unexpected placed. Prepare for a mouthful of flavor.

Malty aroma. Strong back palate bitterness that lasts through finish. Herbal undertones.

Cloudy orange with a thin head. Orange, citrus, and caramel nose leads into a heavy dose of caramel, bread, and toasted malts. Finish is all malt with very little hop character.

Easily one of the strangest IPAís Iíve ever encountered. Pours a huge foamy head and is golden in color with a lot of lacing. The aroma is weak and fairly uninteresting. The taste is pretty bizarre. It has a Belgium feel with some hops sprinkled in at the finsh. It leaves a strong amount of bitterness on the tongue. Not smooth and pretty poorly balanced. Ehh

Growler fill - thanks Pop! Pours a slightly unclear amber/orange with bubbly off white head. Smell is citrus, earthy, caramel malts. Taste is malt forward, some citrus, grass.

I thought this was an amber on first sip. Pours amber with a white head. An English IPA with a malty start and a slightly peppery finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy light gold. Hay and earth backing up resin-forward hops. Smells balanced. Tastes balanced too, with the resin taking the strongest presence an hanging around while it sweetens a bit into the palate. Missing the crispness, and that hurts the palate - it gets real one-dimensional real quick. Itís the better side of a beer, relying on the simplicity of efficient hops and more than satisfactory balance.

On cask and delicious. Tempting aroma and cloudy yellow pour with a smooth taste and growing mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a 12 oz bottle shared Avon NC. Pours a hazy light orange with a white head. Grassy aroma and flavor with some citrus hints. Mild bitter finish.

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2013 Bottle, dajio, Ocracoke. a nice suprise- havenít been a huge fan of this brewery so far. Pours a light copper with a thin white somewhat wimpy-didnít quite come to the party- head. taste is all caramel and sweet at first followed by a decent hoppiness. something different in the hops here- good and makes one ponder. only issue with this one is the finish- not quite balanced- a bit bitter at the end. without the bitterness would have rated in the 4 range. good ipa- will have again. May 12/ 13. More bitter than I remember- served slightly warmer and bitterness in the first taste and on the finish. definitely prefer the hoppyum on tap at dajio to this offering. probably better paired with something assertive in the food department.
