3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy amber with a decent white head. Left some lace. Aroma was very laid back, full of bready malt, light grassy hops, a faint citrus if you hunt for it. Flavors were grassy and bitter, good touch of caramel from top to bottom. Mouthfeel was nice, on the medium to full side with nice carbonation. Overall this was decent but very forgettable at the same time.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle - $1.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Bottled on: 07.25.12.
Appearance: Pours a hazy, golden-copper body with a moderate-sized, white head. Not too much lacing going on here.
Smell: Pale, bready malts but not overly effusive; fairly subtle, then, the citrusy, leafy, grassy hops with its implied bitterness.
Taste: Pale malts, touch of brioche, with a low, low caramel quality. Large amounts of citrus, heavy on the grassiness, light on the resins. Moderate bitterness. Growing, raw grassiness on the back half carrying the bitterness through to the smooth, bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. A scant bit oily, but also a bit creamy.
Overall: Good if you like’m grassy.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled on 06/20/12
Tasted on 8/14/12 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased at Bruisin’ Ales. Pours clear orange with a thick and fluffy white head that slowly recedes to rocky lace. The nose is dried citrus peel hops with some resin and a bit of caramel/bread malt. The flavor is the same, very dry and bitter, herbal citrus hops, with a light bread and caramel malt backbone. The body is fairly light with average carbonation and a long bitter herbal and citrus hops finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Drank from the bottle, aroma of citrus and pine. Taste is adequate, some bitter hops and light malt. Not too impressive. It’s actually quite bland.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Appalachian vintner. Pours dark orange without much aroma. Had about 1/4 inch of white foam that leaves some lacing. Los of citrus and pine on the tongue. Finishes clean. Solid for style.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy amber appearance with an average size, off white head and a fair amount on lacing. Muted, floral hop aroma with sweet malts in the background. Role reversal in the taste. Sweet caramel malts are in the forefront and various hop flavors bolster the aftertaste. Medium bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel with a lingering finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a golden color with minimal head. Not a lot of aroma to this one, though I can get a faint whiff of hops. Decent hoppiness to the taste, though it’s not too strong.
