Pours a hazy yellow with slight white head. Aroma of bananas. Taste is sweet with a slight tart offset in the finish and an earthy aftertaste. Crisp and clean.

Pours a light golden color with no head. Lots of citrus notes to the smell, with more subdued citrus notes in the taste. Very mild overall.

Can. Hazy yellow with carbonation and a very light head (even with a vigorous pour). Very citrusy lemon aroma, medium body, sweet taste and finish. Easy to drink but overall a little sweeter than I would prefer.

Can to pint. Looks like a good hefeweizen; a hazy yellow with nice carbonation and thin lacing. Smells decent, but pretty mild. Tastes of banana and clove; not much zip for a hefe. Average mouthfeel (at best). Probably a one-timer for me.

Great hefe. I’m not sure why hefe’s don’t do better on here. I guess I’d a beer doesn’t beat the shit out of you it isn’t very good. Anyhoo.....hazy bronze color. Nice banana notes in the nose. The flavor is effervescent and marshmallow-y. Great for summer.....especially Ina a can.

Can into a pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden color. Has a little more body and sweetness, touch of banana than your more mass distributed versions of this style. Aroma is a little lemony and a little grassy. Finish comes in a little peppery and herbal.

Bright hazy yellow. Seems to catch the light well. Very little head. No retention. A little two sweet but nice banana and clove.

16 ounce pint - $6.50 at Taco Mac in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Served up a pale golden body, quite hazed, with a smallish, white, though never-ending head. After knocking out a few handwritten notes, then, firing up the laptop and connecting to the pesky WiFi here, it is still there, the head. After a round of asinine texts from my ex-fiancee, it’s still there, still going strong (presumably all day long).
Smell: No-doubt-about-it malted wheat, with supporting, expected notes of bananas, cloves, and lemon chiffon pie filling.
Taste: Staunchly wheaty, with a big kick of twangy wheat and sweetness akin to whipped cream sweetened with powdered sugar. Banana puree cut with whole milk and spiced lightly with a bit of ground clove. Touch of lemon akin to a taste of Lemonheads before you hit the sour core. Light hop character, lightly bitter. The cream and 10x powdered sugar come back before the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Creamyish mouthfeel throughout.
Overall: Seriously, like a hour later, the head has not diminished in size. Large on the wheat character, but a very promising hefe.
