COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer style is over 400 years old, and continues to enjoy overwhelming popularity. Offering low hop bitterness, it is easy to enjoy. It pours very hazy, with a light gold color... we say it’s like summertime in a glass. Bitter orange peel and fresh coriander add zest and depth to this light, refreshing beer.

Refreshing taste, but lingering citrus afterburn. A little too strong on the citrus notes. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not a big fan of wit beers, but this has an interesting lemony/coriander kind of spiciness. Served very cold, it would be a great summer drinker with grilled fish, barbeque, or Mexican fare.

Bottle @ home, picked up in Charlotte. Pours a fairly murky dull yellow appearance with a dull white head. A lot of spicy coriander in the nose. Orange citrus / citrus peel, spicy yeast nose. Kind of soapy / potpourri flavor. A massive amount of coriander in the flavor. Low sweetness and bitterness. Not too great.

Thanks to my partner in the Carolina swap for yet another excellent session beer. A light wit that goes as well on a cold winter afternoon as during a heat wave it proves that bigger is not always better. I look forward seeing what else the area has to offer.

Aroma / Appearance - Active carbonation bubbles in a golden transparent body. Bleached white head appears as if somebody sprinkled a handful of fresh snow on top. Lemon zest, bananas, sweet esters, and crisp dryer sheets perk up the senses after just one whiff. Without going to extremes it has amazing depth.

Flavor / Palate - Honey, lemons, and 7UP tickle the tongue. Soon a wave of dryer sheets rises up before sticking in the throat with a yeasty finale. Light and airy it is almost like a summer day in liquid form. This is one of those nice back deck / porch beers that works all four seasons of the year.
