Cloudy reddish amber with profuse sandy white head. Zesty and spicy nose, evergreen for sure. Zesty/peppery flavor, sprucy and spicy. Dry and light bodied, peppery finish. .

Draft. Murky amber body with small off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, cardamom, some lemon. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, some bread, light lemon/vegetal. Light-medium body.

Draft at Churchkey as Word to your MoDa. I get it. Murky amber brown color, white edge head. Aroma of slightly sour caramel and peach. Taste is sour brown bread and heavy spice.

Pours is hazy red-amber with a creamy and durable tan head that leaves fine lacing patterns.
Smell is unusual mix of a pleasing floral/fruity component with a bit of yeasty, vinegary funk (mainly vinegar). The taste follows but seems more integrated and more floral. It also has a hint of vanilla. Slightly challenging for me, but less so than most saisons.
M: nicely smooth with a medium-full body and pleasing if rather lively carbonation. Slightly astringent.
O: good for style (saison); well-proportioned addition of apricot. I hate vinegar, so the hint of it in this brew really lowered my enjoyment.

Tap. Deep amber with one finger head. Mild gingery flavor - I guess thatís the cardamom. Slightly tart. Interesting and good.
