Bottle. Grass, honey and malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet barley malt and mildly bitter herbal grass flavor. Kind of rough.

Bottle: Pours hazy, amber-gold with a medium-sized white head. Grainy, light fruit scent. Taste is bready....citrusy....lemon.. Sweet/sharp.....ok, but doesn’t have the brightness or crispness I’d prefer.

On tap @ Mother Road. Clear golden colored pour with a white head. Smells nice and biscuity with some bread, grass, and apple esters. Fairly straightforward, a bit on the sweet side. Flavor has some apricot and apple qualities to it. Eh. Lots of bread and cracker. Grassy hops and minimal bitterness.

Draft at tasting room. Clear golden. Fair white head. Moderate light body. Fair creaminess. Not a lot going on but really smooth and drinkable. Nice balance. Not sweet or bitter, just nice and clean. Great summertime session beer.

Poured straight from the tap room this beer pours a golden slightly hazy color with a thin lacy white head. Aroma is of biscuity malt and a light colored stone fruit nose. The taste is sweet and light with a very pleasantly light battering hop to balance the sweet. The carbonation washes the palate clean and leaves it craving more.

Draft - Not much of a nose, light grains. Pale gold with a thin white head. Biscuit and some very light bitterness that finishes clean.

Thick white head poured from 12 oz bottle. Chewy bread flavor, slightest note of pear and nougat but not in an overly cidery or sweet way. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from T’s Liquors. Pours golden with a very thin white head. Doesn’t leave much lacing to speak of. Not much on the nose. A slight fruitiness on the tongue which also feels a bit like corn oil. finishes clean. not my favorite style.

Btl pours yellowish hazy copper color very weak head that vanished before pour finished. Smells of sweet caramel malt and cheap perfume. Very sweet taste with a slight twang in the end. Slippery texture with a dry finish. Very low carbonation almost flat. Too sweet no balance. I think something is wrong with this bottle. Infected, old I don’t know. Every mother road beer i have tried has been great. Hate to rate it low but it is not good. Will have to try to get a hold of another and re rate if better.

Thanks, Terry, for bringing this back from Arizona. Pours a clear dirty gold with a modest head that stays on the rim, dots surround a streak of lace. Taste is robust for a kolsch: sweet caramel malt grows while yielding to light floral hops. The taste is not complex, and the sweetness at the onset is only momentary, barely noticeable in a return at the end of the finish. A little filling, but enjoyable.
