COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pop the cap and light the fuse on Motherís lilí hop bomb. Trouble Maker is our Double IPA, loaded with fruity hop flavor and hop aroma as well as clean pleasant bitterness and a medium to full body. Trouble Makerís taste calls for round after round, but be warned: This bad mutha is strong enough to raise a ruckus.

Drinking this and happen to be eating a falafel sandwich, which is one of the food paring suggestions on the bottle - holla! Sweet and malty with some nice fruity hops in both the nose and in the taste. This is a solid IIPA.

huh, not bad. I donít think this one is uber fresh, but decently fresh. Looks very nice, saturated hazy amber, no floaties just hazy, smells very sweet - is that a Southern Tier beer? reminds me a lot of unearthly - taste follows, enough hops to almost pull the sweetness through, smooth and Extremely soft spongy body - again is this a Southern Tier beer? Overall, not bad, but pretty simple and sweet

12oz. bottle: This one pours a somewhat opaque, orangish amber color. There was a small off-white head on it that didnít linger too long. It does leave some lacing. Nose is a bit subdued for a DIPA. Orange and grapefruit hops are most dominant. Some pine and grassy notes. The taste is pretty good. Decent malt body under the hops, with a bit of caramel sweetness peeking through. Fair amount of hop bitterness. Orange, grapefruit and some pine notes. Not bad, Iíd have another.

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2012 Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Slightly hazy copper color. Thick off white head. Very floral and piney aroma with some sweetness. Slightly below average carbonation that leaves palate cleanly with a lingering bite. Bite at the front taste with a sweet malty finish. Hints of pineapple and molasses. Not that bitter like I was expecting.
