Pop the cap and light the fuse on Motherís lilí hop bomb. Trouble Maker is our Double IPA, loaded with fruity hop flavor and hop aroma as well as clean pleasant bitterness and a medium to full body. Trouble Makerís taste calls for round after round, but be warned: This bad mutha is strong enough to raise a ruckus.

Lots of floral hops and sweet caramel malts. The hop combination yields some complex hop flavors, but doesn't really come together well for me. Seems like a touch of honey in the finish with hints of booze. Abv not very well hidden here. It's ok. Don't need to have it again. Didnt seem to be particularly well balanced. Kind of all over the place. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The beer pours a clear orange color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of floral hop notes, as well as some orange citrus and a little bit of biscuit malt. The flavor is a showcase for several different hop flavors. I get a lot of orange and flora notes, as well as some grass. Somewhat surprisingly, I also get some grape and cherry notes and very, very little bitterness or alcohol. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Interesting.

This was a very nice double IPA. Great citrus aroma and great citrus flavor. Also a nice balanced hop bitterness with the malt. Really solid double IPA: citrus forward, nice balance, not too bitter finish. When I can get it, I will get it again. And again.

bottle, thanks to mora2000, orange in color with no foam, aroma and flavor very similar to Lil helper back to back, liked this a little more with some apricot and honey notes, soft finish for abv

Not true to style. Simple as that no hops on the nose and was disappointed in the front and mid palate.

12oz bottle, recently distributed in KC MO. Pour is amber with a small but thick and long lasting. Long story short, this is a very sweet DIPA, not sticky in body but not messy sweet malts but a sweet backbone with fruity sweet hop. thirdeye has the right idea, candied hops is a great descriptor for the beer.

(12oz bottle) clear amber, soapy offwhite bubbles. Nose of honey, candied citrus, taste of candied citrus, spicy, rye, smooth and sweet.

Rating number 1000. It poured an amber color with a medium white head. The aroma was of grapefruit, floral, some sweet caramel and rich malts. The taste was just the same as the aroma with a good amount of hops leading the way. This was a very well done DIPA.

On tap at the brewery tasting room. Pours a golden-orange color with white head. Big hoppy flavors and aromas - grassy, earthy, malty, and very bitter. This is a big IPA.

Brand new beer set to launch next week in my home region of SW MO. Of all the beers I sampled at the Macadoodleís event in Joplin, MO, this stood HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THE REST. Simply one of the most outstanding imperial IPAs I have EVER had - beautiful grapefruit aroma, well-balanced sweet malts and citrus (DELICIOUS), ABV well-hidden, rich and yet somehow smooth mouthfeel - told the brewers this is up there with Stoneís Ruination, and I am not playing around - this double IPA hits on ALL CYLINDERS. TRY IT!
