Oct 20, 2004 Bottle from brewery. First one of this style tried. Not unpleasant but needs some aging time in my opinion. Aroma is like a honey smothered apple, pretty nice. Clear light amber color. No carbonation. Taste is alcohol harsh. Pretty intense. Aging may help. Eventually the sting of alcohol subdues and there is a nice blend of honey and apple there. Body is medium.
