Aug 7, 2008 12 oz bottle, my first mild, not impressed! Dark copper color with a lasting tall fluffy light tan head. Dry caramel, grass, celery and herbal hops. Flavors a bit better then the aroma. Mostly malt. Caramel, chocolate malt and mild nuttiness with a hint of hops, flat finish.

Jun 22, 2008 Poured with a body that reminded me of iced tea. A light khaki head went away quickly. The aroma had light caramel and iced tea. there is a little bit of nuttiness behind the malt. The tate is strogn iced tea with some light hints of plums at the edges of my tongue. A fairly decent backbone on this one, it is a little big for the style. However, it is an easy drinker. I woudn’t mind doing a session of this stuff.

May 27, 2008 Pours deep brown with a moderate, fluffy head. Generally malty flavor with caramel and toffee flavors. Some mild hoppiness in there. Nothing great, but not anything I object to.

Apr 29, 2008 Bottle from Belo Vino. Poured a clear deep brown with an average rocky off-white head that diminished very slowly with fair lacing. Medium sweet malty and hoppy aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with an average sweet finish of medium duration. Drinkable brew.
