Bottle: Clear, yellow-gold with a huge, but quick white head. Wheat, lemon, unripe banana scent. Taste is yeasty, banana/lemon, cloves... Like a barnyard hefe....... Not bad...creamy and light for the ABV.

Dobre tresciwe i ekologiczne w dodatku piwo. Pieknie pachnace chmielem, suszona trawa, W smaku trawiasto zbozowe z lekka doza slodowosci ale takze i chmielowej goryczkowej nuty. Piwo o pieknej puszystej i bardzo trwalej pianie, koloru jaskrawo zoltego, metnego i z licznymi tanczacymi babelkami.

Golden light misty body, very stable head. Doesn’t look bad at all and again a super firm foam from this brewer. Odd. Aroma is straightforward light malts and a boring yet present Belgian yeast. Light sweetness to it that I don’t like. Simplistic taste too, light malts and quite active, in fact too heavy, carbonation. Carbonated water, sugary malts. Not nice at all. What happened here? Looks nice but a failure overall. (33cl bottle from biomache in Tours)

Bottle 330ml (Saveur)
Slightly hazy orange color, steady white head, some lace. Light nose has fruity and malty notes. Medium-bodied. Light fruity flavor (mango, apricot), some overriped banana, grainy maltyness, yeast. Simple blonde. And of course it is not "biere de garde" but Belgian ale/blond.

750ml bottle, shared by Brandon. Clear golden color. Thin white head. Decent ropes of lace. Kind of perfumey, floral hop, lightly spicy citrus. Kind of musty. Bigger body. Kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Lightly slick finish. Moderate sweet, lightly spicy taste. OK blond ale.

Bouteille:"Dirty" golden, lots of floaties visible, hazy, mid-sized lacy white head, bisquity and slightly toasty nose with some citrussy hops underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and a bit fizzy; increasing bitterness in the malty-fruity finish. Quite good…
