COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blonde triple de couleur dorée sur lie. Arôme puissant, nez aromatique intense et bouche fine et fruitée, avec une légère amertume. C’est une bière de caractère assez forte. Un subtil équilibre entre douceur maltée et puissance aromatique.

Clear and yellow, with white foam, that does not last long. Sweet muscy, aroma with a hint of banana. Sweet, malt, banana, fruit, hay, with a bit of alcohol in the aftertaste. Mild bitterness. High in carbon.

Bottle 330ml (Saveur)
Slightly gushing bottle. Hazy orange color, small steady white head, lots of floating yeast. Aroma is fruity and glueish, some alcohol too. Medium-bodied. Active carbonation. Sweetish fruity flavor, overriped banana, some alcohol. A bit messy triple.

750ml bottle, shared by Brandon. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Thin off-white head. Few splotches of lace. Bigger body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Toasty malt, caramel, dried fruit, light spice. Moderate to bigger sweet taste. OK tripel. Kind of malty, sugary sweet.

Poured from 750ml bottle into tulip glass. Aroma - yeasty, alcohol Appearance - Pretty much ideal for the style. Hazy golden burnt orange. Thick, head with lacing. Small suspended yeast sediment Taste - medium sweetness Palate - medium body. Appropriate for the style. Fairly high carbonation. Overall I think this was a decent beer. There is a lot to like about it - the appearance, the texture. The aroma would have been had the alcohol been toned down a bit. A little on the sweet side for me. Still very drinkable and worth a try.

bottle from saveur-biere. Hazy golden colour, mid-sized white head. Full-bodied, malty sweetness with a fruity sourness, some dursy, but spicy hops in the finish. Bitter, sweet and slightly sour.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Finn at his place. Unclear, golden-orange body with sediments floating around. White loose head leaving spotty lacing behind. A lightly spiced touch to a sweet fruity aroma. Taste of herbal dry fruits added by honey sweetness. Sweet and dry fruity ending. Noticeable alcohol. Different without greater excitements (Tromsø, 17.01.2013).

Bottle from bio store in Paris. Smells surprisingly good. Opaque yellow with lots of hops floating around (i hope it’s hops, since hippies might have made it) floating around the bottom. Tastes really good, except at the end where there’s this sour home brew background flavor. Maybe French hippies like that though? A good beer. You could do much worse.

0.75 l bottle at Draft House, London. Deep golden color. Sweet malty aroma with tart alcohol, orange and restrained spiciness. Sweet bready and honeyish flavor with pickled cucumbers and orange. Low hop character. Full body. Could be either less sweet or more bitter.
