COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An ale that starts malty and finishes clean and dry. Finally, we add just enough hops to the fermenter to excite your nose with the flowery aroma.

Bottle from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours golden amber with a five finger creamy white head. Aroma is lightly roasted malt with a fair amount of florality. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is mildly roasted malt with a decent amount of floral hop. Pretty drinkable ale. Not at all harsh.

Draught at Beer in the Plaza. Orange with a lacy head. Nice fruity hop aroma with lots of fresh citrus and some light underlying bready malt. The flavor is lean with a touch of caramel and juicy hop flavor. Medium-light body. The brewer said it was almost too hoppy for a good pale ale, but I thought that was a good thing. I could have sipped this one all afternoon.
