Poured a dark gold with a moderate head that faded to the same level of lacing (this was the highlight). Aroma of slightly sweet grains and alcohol (2nd highlight). Taste was of grains, alcohol, with a mild hop finish - almost tasted like a malt liquor. Palate was OK. Overall, a malt-liquor-like brew in guise of an íice.í

I was given this beer as payback of a Olde 800 I gave a friend. I am not sure who won this trade. This is the beer you drink when you donít even know what bad beer is.

Iím always a sucker for another dirt cheap beer from Minhas. I expect to get what I paid for, and this one meets my expectations. 12 oz can from $10.98 case pours a normal clear golden color with medium white head that sticks around a while. Aroma is full of corn, apples, and cardboard. Taste is a bit on the sweet side at first with a metallic finish. The alcohol isnít as obvious as in most ice beers. Body is light but not watery, with moderate carbonation. Out of all the dirt cheap beers Iíve tried, this one is one of the few Iíll return to. Much better than Natty Ice, which, regrettably, was my mainstay five years ago.

Itís beer. I always love digging into the back of someoneís fridge for an abandoned horrible beer to rate.

12oz can poured into a shaker. Pours a clear dark gold with a finger of frothy white head. Aroma of corn and grains with a bit of honey and skunk. Taste is medium heavily sweet, reflects aroma. Medium bodied with a thin yet sticky texture. Lively carbonation and too long of a finish. Itís like someone dumped honey in a can of PBR...meh.

Can. Pours clear pale copper with a frothy off white head. Tastes like sweet, expired nuts. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like light musk, almost no aroma.

Can. Pours golden amber with frothy off-white head. Aroma is just plain pungent; easily one of the worst beer aromas if ever come across; burnt pale malts, paper, and bad funk. Flavor is equally bad; where macro lagers are boring this is just nasty and generously leaves you with a horrendous aftertaste. Wow...

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2014 Good head, a pale, almost crystal clear yellow. Smells like nail polish remover, bubble gum and malt. Very sweet taste with a hint of funk. Sorta thick, with a touch of bitterness on the followthrough. This stuff will probably take the surface layer off my bowels, but I HAVE had worse.

16 oz. can from Atom in the Krampus trade. It pours a golden color with a disappearing, fizzy white head. The aroma is pretty standard. Sweet corn, sugar, light plastic and a hint of spicy hop. The flavor is full and sweet with sugary corn and a decent amount of spicy noble hop, but the sugar really overpowers it. Not very good.

Sampled form a 12 oz can this beer poured a vibrant yellow color with a huge soapy white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was very tangy and extremely corny with undertones of yeast and table sugar. The flavor was tangy, strong corn syrup, table sugar and sourdough bread. Long tangy corny finish. Medium body. Not good at all.
