Not as hoppy as American versions of the style. Would be more a regular Pale Ale in my book but it’s a nicely balanced and tasty brew regardless.

Tap @ CBC 2013. Pours hazy amber with a small, creamy, off-white film head. Aroma has caramel, red currants, peach and resiny. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has doughy malts, piney, resiny, light hay. Solid ipa with good bitterness.

Sample @ CBC. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, flowers, malt and hops.

CBC. Clear orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate biter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 030513

[5/3/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Clear amber. Hoppy aroma, a bit stale, with some pine, citric and floral notes. Dry-ish hoppy flavor with floral and slightly grapefruity hops. Medium-bodied.

Draught at CBC. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

On tap at CBC, pours a clear orange with a tiny off-white head. Aroma of tons of oranges, lots of caramel malts, and loads of dry hops. Flavour brings out loads of oranges, dry citrusy hops, and dry caramel malts. Very fruity and dry, but without much complexity. Decent stuff, but pretty amateur stuff. Not so impressive.
