COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION The 2012 version is a nitrogen-powered English Red Ale. Brewed with British Crystal malts, and US Willamette & Cascade hops, then carbonated with nitrogen (rather than CO2), it’s smooth, rich and mellow. Just like Craig himself. Only Craigier.
UPDATED: APR 4, 2012 On tap at the Courthouse. Nice breakfast beer. Aroma of caramel, nuts, and grain; muted. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes, and average length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Amber, with a big frothy head.
