So what happened here is they took a beer that was a pretty dang good Orval clone - they through some brett into it, thus turning it into an even better Orval clone - aroma has a fair amount of musky brett and pineapple - the carbonation is soft, but the mouthfeel is full and round - quite dry, moderately crisp - flavor has some lingering citrus notes from the hops, but the brett adds additional complimentary flavors of pineapple - moderate phenols that, sadly, I can only describe as Orval-ish - but anyone that loves Orval will know what I mean - dry, flinty minerals, dusty yeast and lingering hop bitterness on the tail end - delicious.

On tap at the Mountain Sun. Pours a hazy straw with a finger of eggshell head, a little lacing. Aroma is funky, sour, wet hay, grass, barnyard. Taste is sour and funky up front, fading into milder fruity wheat and hay tones. Definitely tastes like a Brett beer. The hops became much more noticeable after it warmed a bit. Strong carbonation and medium-light body. A dry finish and a refreshing mouthfeel. A delicious wild ale.
