3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Snojerk321 (2970) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 28, 2011Tap @ the brew pub. Pour is clears dark golden amber, with a modest off white head in this glass. Aromas are florals and citrus, really, with a bit of caramels and toast. The brew seems to mesh your american pale and amber, color aside.

Pretty basic but easy drinking and refreshing. Plenty of hops and light malt. Comes off citrusy.

On tap at the vine street pub. I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this because I’ve had it several times. It is dark orange and while it smells good it doesn’t prepare me for the pine needle and dank hoppiness that follows in the taste. I swear this was hopper than l remember. Good stuff.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 gnoff (6320) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - OCT 9, 2012
Draught at Mountain Sun in Boulder, on October 8, 2012 A bit hazy copper color, tan head. Spicy herbal scent. Spicy, mineral, some alcohol taste. Spicy aftertaste. Spritzy mouthfeel, fruit pith weird bitterness. Perhaps this is an off-batch? My mate knows this beer from before and sais this pour is strange.

Tap (nitro) at Mountain Sun. Pours cloudy deep amber with thin yellow head. Dank, piney, hoppy nose. Very bitter hops but creamy due to the nitro and some caramel coming through from the malts. Light, crisp mouthfeel, lingering hoppy finish.

Tap at the Vine Street Pub. Poured a hazy amber with a bright white head. Faint smells of pine, citrus, and resin. Bitter upfront, malty/caramel middle, and a medium bitter finish, with a suprisingly creamy mouthfeel. Overall this beer is a hopped up amber, very simple, but still solid.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 DrinkEmUpJones (985) - Georgia, USA - OCT 4, 2011
Cloudy amber in color with off white head. This beer has a medium light wet grain aspect. A very mellow and easy drinking palate. This beer might go down too easily. Good but not anything special.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a deep golden almost amber with a small off white head. Aroma surprised me, quite fresh citric and lightly piney hops, really bursting, with plenty of sweet caramel malts. Flavor is also nice with an aggressive hop presence along with the sweet bready caramel malts. Finishes clean, a bit sweet with some lingering bitterness. Medium body and a moderate carbonation. Nice fresh beer
