3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap @ the brew pub. Luminous peach amber body growing a luxuriant beige head. Citrus-pine essence with a dry airy leafiness. Wonder smelling, you could close your eyes and imagine fresh hop cones brushing beneath your nostrils. Medium bodied with a green hoppyness, quite fresh tasting, almost veers a bit too much to the raw-side with hints of vegetal, but on the whole, enjoyable.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the Boulder brewpub. Nothing great, but I still enjoyed it. The English quality doesn’t really come through.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sample at Vine Street. Similar in color to FYIPA but this is more malt forward and English in style while retaining an easy drinking balance.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pint at Vine Street. I honestly don’t normally enjoy English IPAs so much, but this was quite good. The aroma pops with hop notes of wood, light citrus, earth and pine. The flavor is full of good hop bite, pretty earthy, citrus comes out. The finish is dry. The malts seem American, could be Marris Otter. Very clean and robust for the style. I would get this again.
