black, fine tan head that is easily roused into producing some drippy lace before disappearing again,
big dry dark chocolate and fresh roasted coffee aroma,
creamy body,
rich dark chocolate flavor, lots of coffee character but well balanced with the chocolate, touch of sweetness adds some milk chocolate complexity, <br />

Rastacouere (5418), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 25, 2005 Dark brown pour offering a diminishing creamy beige head. Well extracted malts propose large roastiness immediately reminding of espresso. This foreground character is paired along with gentle balancing floral hops and a most fitting grapey chewyness. Finishes on tobacco and cola notes, without any disturbing acidity and drier than sweet. Light bodied, thin, yet creamy texture, soft carbonation, very roasty and balanced at that. Probably my favorite from the Mountain Sun I’ve had. hopdog (4779), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 12, 2006 On tap at the Southern Sun Location. Poured a dark black with red edges and a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of coffee grounds, roasted malts, and light chocolate. Tastes of cofee, lighter chocolate and burnt malts. Smooth and creamy body (I’m guessing this one was on nitro too).
