4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This one was on nitro and CO2 when I tried it...bonus! Wonderfull espresso aroma. Deep brown in color with white/tan colored head. Light of palate. Roasty coffee flavor. The nitro version was smother as could be expected with more coffee notes coming through the aroma.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Mtn Sun. Pours an opaque black with a half finger of tan head that disappears in minutes. The aroma is dominated by roasted coffee, hints of roasted malt and caramel. Flavor is slightly sweet malty up front, fading into strong and rich coffee tones. Finish is somewhat bitter and the coffee flavor lingers. Moderate carbonation and medium body, with a slightly astringent finish. A very enjoyable beer with bold coffee flavor.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Not a strong aroma, but hints at coffee. Poured with almost no head, and very dark in color, more than other porters I've sampled, but I'm no expert. Flavor was bitter and definitely full of coffee, leaving a bitter coffee aftertaste - not unpleasant.
