3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Vine Street Pub. Pour is deep amber/crimson with a small off-white head. Prunes, grapefruit, raisins, caramel, and pine in the aroma. Taste is sweet up front with notes of burnt caramel and brown sugar, smooth through the middle, ending medium bitter with notes of grass and grapefruit. Medium mouthfeel with soft carbonation. There is some weird tea flavors in the aftertaste that kind of puts me off, but other than that not bad.†

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear super dark ruby with a thin laceful, lasting light-beige head. Lovely aroma of honey, caramel, mango, cantaloupe, and fresh flowers. Taste is somewhat sharp onthe beginning, but complex and lovely. Loads of honey and earthy caramel with a touch of tropical citrus notes (mango and melon again), a bit of grapefruit bitterness which lasts pretty much for the duration of the taste, with a slightly acidic finish. Itís pretty lovely for the most part, but I could do with slightly less bitterness.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Deep amber in color with a medium head. Solid in both hop and malt aromas. A nice strong barleywine with a significant hop character.

2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap (early GABF week at Vine Street). Pours with a hazed copper hued body with a small, off-white. Aroma is dominated by some horrible diacetyl, light fruity notes and some alcohol. Flavors are slightly better, hoppy, herbal and a TON of butterscotch. Lively bubbles, a touch viscous. Tasted off (only one of their beers that was messed up on my visit).

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On-tap at The Vine Club. Fruity wine opaque colour with a white ring. This is a sipper, very high alcohol and astringent and suitably undercarbonated. Malty fruity aroma, a decent hops and malt integrated. A lace sheet. Tastes like it smells, delivers with apricot, peach, fruity uyeast, tangerine, grapefruit and booze.Above average mouthfeel. Could be Cascadian hop, a little like a black IPA.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tap at Pearl Street location. Same as Colorado Kind but half the water. Almost a burnt orange , clear appearance with a small tan head. Floral hops in the nose that arenít too strong but still dominate the pale malt aroma. Sweet, somewhat thick, hoppy but far less hoppy than typical Imperial IPAs and pretty smooth. A tad bit of alcohol on the finish but I wouldnít have guessed this has 10% abv. Not bad.
