Seasonal wheat beer. Poured a hazy straw with a nice, white head. Banana cream, vanilla, clove and peppery nose. The light body is fizzy with carbonation. The wheat malts help add some creaminess, but just aren’t substantial enough. There are lighter notes of banana and graham, but needs more yeast in the pour. OK.

Very authenic German Weizen, just like I was back on Germany again! Soft, unfiltered with proper cabonation and fantastic banana and clove flavor.
