Bottle, 6%. Sweet and spicy aroma, hint of blood. Cloudy light brown colour, small yeast bits floating in it. Small off-white head. The flavour starts off sweetish, teaish and spicy. Has a little metal in the finish, but a sort of spicy metal, I guess. Better than expected.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy darkish amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt, with mild estery and fruity notes and touches of hops. Sweetish, fruity flavour, with notes of caramel malt, nuts and fruit and bitter, hoppy touches. Rough and bitter aftertaste with nutty touches. Okay but the aroma is much faintier than the flavour.

Nice hazy copper with a small but compact white froth. Sweetish, floral and herbal aroma with some bread and jam in the background. Good body, oily texture, a good touch of hops and spices. A long bitter aftertaste. Solid stuff.

Hobby beer commercialized through De Graal but originally (2010) through ’t Hofbrouwerijke. Thin, off-white, opening head over a deep orange blonde, hazy beer. Strong nutty aroma with spices (coriander, curaçao and cardamom effectively used), pear, white pepper, jute, redcurrant, white grapes, tomato; taste of dried fruits with strong carbo, clear citrus freshness, nutty and caramelly maltiness, yeasty and clear spicy, leafy, medium long hop bitterness in the end. Quite enjoyable spice beer.
