Clear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, light to moderate yeasty, coriander. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peel bitter, citrus hoppy, fresh ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110305]

33 cL bottle at ZBF2011. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight yeasty. Sweet, fruity and mild yeasty. Mellow fruity and smooth finish. Nice and easy.

Bottled@HBF2013. Hazy ambery golden colour with a small white foamy head, which leaves nice lace. Aroma is fruits, toffee, caramel and some fruity notes. Flavour is caramel, fruits, some mild spices and yeasty notes. Balanced.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Clear amber coarae head aroma of caramel, cardamom and cinnamon. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Low bitterness a fairly spicy, laid back ale.

Bottle @ Odense Late March Tasting, 2012. Handbottle. Thanks Christian / SFH. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Nose is spices. Exotic spices and coriander. Full bocied. Harmonic and balanced. Nice.

Bottle. Huge head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, grass, malt and hops. Nice bitter finish.

(33cl bottle, 2010 vintage, BB 10/2012) Pours a cloudy burnt orange body a medium cream head. Aroma of grass, nuts, basil, mint, bubblegum, coriander, and orange peel. Flavor of nuts, toasted grain, orange, coriander, and florals.

Bottle. It’s a hazy one, dark golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Some orange notes in the aroma, with a touch of caramel and dried fruits. Lightly sugary maltyness. The flavor isn’t equally interesting, but quite pleasant anyway. Fruityness, some sugar notes, yet quite dry, and a little bitterness towards the end. Overall, a quite pleasant one, but I wish for a more interesting flavor. 120516

At DØE Generalforsamling. Hazy golden with a small white head. Malty and fruity aroma with a touch of pineapple. Fruity and spicy flavour with lots of coriander and anise.
