COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a rich, robust porter, cleverly crafted to integrate the aromas and flavors of espresso coffee malt and bitter-sweet chocolate malt. Inspired by owner Brendan Moylans’ daughter Chelsea, this is an American-Irish Style Porter that dark beer drinkers will love

Bottle thanks to somebody, rating from my backlog. The smell is chocolate, malts, roast, and ok. The look is brown in color, clear, and has a beige colored head. The taste is chocolate, malts, roast, and grains.

A boring porter. Pours a beautiful black red with a white head. Smells very nutty. Taste is milky, but also weirdly watery. Had on tap at the brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 22oz. A dark brown beer with a dense, finger-thick light tan head. The aroma has coffee, chocolate and some bonfire, all weak. Soft on the palate, quite dry, with a nice carbonation level. The flavor too is weak, with roasted malts, some coffee and chocolate, and a faint meaty touch. Long, roasted and chocolatey finish with a little hint of meatyness. Not impressive this one, but quite drinkable. 130809

Pours black with a brown head and chocolatly, coffee aroma. Taste is sweet, lots of chocolate and roasted malt with bitter coffee notes and a long, burnt finish. Light, but enjoyable porter

This is a great complex porter! A good looking deep brown pour with a mocha head that turns into some lacing. I love the coffee and chocolate aroma! The taste follows through with a touch of coffee bitterness up front and then finishes slightly sweet with the chocolate notes. Very light and easy on the palate while being very tasty! Excellent!

From 22oz bottle. Poured dark with a cream head about 1 finger’s width. Mild pleasant aroma. Espresso comes through pretty well without tasting of coffee grounds. Bit of fruitiness in the taste, which seems to become the major aftertaste component. Not bad. Not outstanding, but not bad.
