Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 6, 2007 Bottled. A hazy orange-red beer with an orange head. The aroma is very light with notes of fruit and an even slighter acidic note of grapefruit. The flavor is slightly acidic malty with primary notes of grapefruit and berries, leading to a bitter finish. Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 18, 2007 (Bottle 65 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Lightly tart, caramelish nose. Medium body, some caramel and some odd bonbon-like notes. Has a vague, underlying acidity. The finish is dry. I reckon this is slightly infected. 160607 joergen (6821), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 19, 2007 Bottle.
