On tap at Archive Beer Boutique 220214. Nice to have an IPA that doesn’t have a killer hop overload.

On tap at Lunar Brewing Co., and shaker served with a hazed, orangy gold color, with a frothy and fairly persistent layer of soft white head foam, and decent, lasting cling to the tight, curtainy lacing. The aroma was expressive, juicy grapefruit, with some resin, and a touch of sweetness. The taste possessed a combination of citrusy tartness, and earthy, rindy, and very lingering "through the finish", hop bitterness. Good tempering malt to remove any sharp edges, and add a little fullness. Satisfying hop fix.

Nice grassy hops aroma with some pine and malt. Average carbonation, light orange pour with good head and lacing. Taste mostly bitter with a little sour. Tap at Taberna Lupulo.

Draught. Pours a clear amber color with a moderate white head. Nose and taste are both very hoppy and bitter - there’s a hell of a bite to this beer that makes for a great IPA.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours clear golden with a small off white head.the aroma is big tropical fruit with hints of peaches, mango, orange and only hints of pine. The flavor is drier with a bigger than anticipated bitter finish. Lots of pine with some bread and caramel malt. Some grapefruit and citrus peel as well. Pretty nice ipa.

tap @ San Diego Brew Co. Pours a lightly hazed deep gold with a frothy white head that left some great lacing. Great nose of fresh citrus hops and light grain. Flavor was a little more grainy with not much bitterness. I could have sat and smelled this beer all day.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden-orange with a large white head and great lace. Aromas of orange and big citrus, zest, sticky and resiny. Fruity and a touch estery. Flavors of tangerine, pine, caramel, and sticky. Light in the finish with a hint of fusel for the ABV. Not much. Lingering bitterness. Lively and medium dry.

I woulda written more notes and paid closer attention at SD Brew CO. if I had known there were only 11 ratings of this brew before mine. Gold amber in the glass. Rich round mouth. Mellow mid hoppiness. Bitter clean finish. Sharp.
