3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Moylanís. Slight haze copper orange golden with sticky head/lacing. Aggressive bitter piney astringent hop forward, some peach fruitiness, also earthy tones and noticable, but faint, malt bill that adds a touch of sweetness to balance the hops. Very bitter up front, astringent, some malt sweetness comes in in the mid palate but finishes with enamel ripping bitterness.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Aroma is loaded with bitter green hops, dandelion and thistle with a warm malty backdrop.
The appearance is a hazy amber liquid with a fast fading white head which leaves fractional lacing.
The taste is big all around. Tons of bitterness easily covers a solid sweet malty wall.
This beer fills the mouth, attacking every corner of the palate. The body is full with a boozy syrupy texture which is totally forgivable thanks to the big bitter finish. Carbonation remained lively through the end of the glass.
Overall this is an awesome beer. Awesome in flavor, awesome in body, awesome in alcohol. Buy some

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours an orangey, medium amber. It looks a tiny bit hazy, but I think itís just the color and density of the beer. Medium head, just a touch off white. Lots of fine bubbles with good retention. The aroma is milder than expected. Pretty standard grapefruit, pine and floral flavors. Some booze, but not too bad. Some caramel maltiness. Sweet bubblegum note knocking around. The taste is sweet and rich with hop flavor. Quite a bit of pine resin and grapefruit. Mild bitterness at first, builds to moderate towards the end and in the finish. Some booze. Itís a >10% abv DIPA, so thatís forgivable, but itís all a bit much. Thereís a lot of flavor, and itís kinda messy. The malt comes through but pretty much just as simple sweetness. Fairly astringent. Still, itís tasty. Fairly heavy mouthfeel. Long finish. Oily. Interesting beer. Tons of flavor. It just feels like they tried to make it big without much other thought.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Aroma is piney, orange peel, caramel, resin, and alcohol. Appearance is a nice light amber with excellent clarity. Thin white head that faded rather quickly. Taste is resiny and pine up front, notes of grapefruit pith and orange peel, some caramel and bready malt notes. Finishes kind of hot. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Overall very well done, very big IPA.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at Belmont Station. Colour...slightly hazy golden yellow with a prodigious white head. Nose...opulent, with citrus out the wazoo and pine needle essence galore. Palate...thick, cloying and big ass! Damn this is a big ale!! The whole palate is incredibly coating and never gives an inch in that department! The citrus is intense, but the malt works as prison guard to make sure the citrusy hops donít bust out over the wall! The mid palate lets the malt show its stuff before the intensely cloying and massively piney finish!!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Big beer, an IIIPA almost. Seems to be a lot of these lately. Pours a dark golden color with a large white head. On tap at Belmont. A fresh fruit aroma, citrus, huge resin. The flavor was orange peel, lemons, caramel, candied fruit, zesty at times, some perfume. Quite big but drinkable. Good beer. Gotta love some Irish being used, even if it is a play on crack.

Pours a slightly cloudy amber with a thick frothy white pillow of head. Stays a while. Nose is bright, floral radiance. The complexity that explodes on sipping is a befuddling hoppalicious delight. Medium body. Mild carbonation. Hops. Hops. Hops. Hops!
