Our version of the IPA beer style possesses a deep golden hue, rich malty flavor, a bold, complex, and enduring hop finish and is extremely full bodied. We dry hop this brew and use a combination of Fuggles and Chinook hop varieties resulting in an extremely enticing floral and spicy aroma as well as hop character. Great Western Two Row Pale Malt, De Wolf-Cosyns' Caravienne and Munich Malts are combined to achieve an initial specific gravity approaching 1.065.

Pale clear, huge white head. strong hopped aroma (floral, grapefruit, a bit piney). Taste full of tropical fruit with good bitterness barely balanced with the sweetness of malts. Strong carbonation, very soft dry finish. West coast

Bottled. Pours an abundant dense and rocky head with high durartion, very nice uniform orange hazy colour. Smells very fruity pineapple/peach, US hops, floral, with nice toasted cereal and nuts coming from the malts. Tastes caramel, fruity, resin, herbs; long lasting resinous and herbaceous quite strong bitterness, but with a very nice caramel malt backbone. Delicate and pleasent carbonation, very consistently bodied, super long final aftertaste. Pure West Coast style !!

"pales in comparison to its older brother, the massive Moylander, but its a pretty solid effort and fits the style of a west coast ipa well. there are better, but this one is worth a drink."

Hops. Lots of hops. Big hops. Little hops. Fresh hops. Overwhelming hops. Nothing but hops. I wonder how hoppy their double IPA is, since all their hops seem to be right here.

Bottled. Pours slightly hazy, amber with a medium sized, lacing off-white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon peel, pine and caramel. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up dry and nice bitter. Medium bodied, oily text and soft carb. A nice and crisp IPA.
