Our version of the IPA beer style possesses a deep golden hue, rich malty flavor, a bold, complex, and enduring hop finish and is extremely full bodied. We dry hop this brew and use a combination of Fuggles and Chinook hop varieties resulting in an extremely enticing floral and spicy aroma as well as hop character. Great Western Two Row Pale Malt, De Wolf-Cosyns' Caravienne and Munich Malts are combined to achieve an initial specific gravity approaching 1.065.

Draft at source. Nose is an incredible citrus explosion, mostly orange and lemon. Very clear pale golden color with a small white head. Taste is initially a pithy bitterness followed by some light lemon citrus and a hint of warming in the ears. Decent.

Bottled. Pours an abundant dense and rocky head with high durartion, very nice uniform orange hazy colour. Smells very fruity pineapple/peach, US hops, floral, with nice toasted cereal and nuts coming from the malts. Tastes caramel, fruity, resin, herbs; long lasting resinous and herbaceous quite strong bitterness, but with a very nice caramel malt backbone. Delicate and pleasent carbonation, very consistently bodied, super long final aftertaste. Pure West Coast style !!

"pales in comparison to it’s older brother, the massive Moylander, but it’s a pretty solid effort and fits the style of a west coast ipa well. there are better, but this one is worth a drink."
