Commercial Description:
Our version of the IPA beer style possesses a deep golden hue, rich malty flavor, a bold, complex, and enduring hop finish and is extremely full bodied. We dry hop this brew and use a combination of Fuggles and Chinook hop varieties resulting in an extremely enticing floral and spicy aroma as well as hop character. Great Western Two Row Pale Malt, De Wolf-Cosyns' Caravienne and Munich Malts are combined to achieve an initial specific gravity approaching 1.065.

Glowing golden tan adorned with poofy head. Enticingly piquant aroma of hop fields. Chinook tickles the nose with an infusion of pine and evergreen forest and a light touch of grapefruit. Aroma translates well to flavor with Chinook dominating. Spicy evergreen forest flavor with the finish of grapefruit. Excellent bitterness. An IPA lovers IPA all the way.

Pours a murky orange with minimal white head. Aroma is of hops, malt, and pine. Taste is of very extremely oily hops, weak malt, citrus, and pine. A very earthy taste with a nice hop flavor. Lingering hop bite. Very sticky mouthfeel with a drying effect. Decent, but not great.

Pours a hazy orange with a thin but lasting head with minimal lace. Aroma is lovely oily fresh hops and sweet, sweet malt. Tastes very oily indeed, with nice grapefruity herbal hops and light malting. Light carbonation and creamy body. Tasty IPA!

Moderately hoppy IPA that is pretty much typical in every way of the style. Pleasant and unobtrusive flavors of grapefruit and pine and a pleasant nose. More of an east coast style IPA than your typical Western Hop Bomb.

Lovely, lovely bitterness. Hazy orange pour with a small, evanescent head. Moderate lacing. Great grapefruit and pine nose. Taste comes on with an eye-opening punch of bitter flavor, followed by a caressing mouthfeel. Finish is bright and brassy.

Grapefruit citrusy aroma, along with the pour. A light lemon grapefruit color. Almost clear. Hits of pine malt with a kick of citrus hops at the end.

650 ml bottle from Bev4less. Pours a slightly cloudy copper color with a big off-white head that has good retention and plenty of lacing. The aroma is citrus and pine with a bit of vanilla. The flavor is biter hops forward with malty dough and apricots. The mouthfeel is full and smooth with a good malt backbone. The finish is medium in duration, semi-sweet rock candy with lingering biter hops. Overall: A very interesting IPA, much better than the ratings suggest. Recommended try.
