COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our version of the IPA beer style possesses a deep golden hue, rich malty flavor, a bold, complex, and enduring hop finish and is extremely full bodied. We dry hop this brew and use a combination of Fuggles and Chinook hop varieties resulting in an extremely enticing floral and spicy aroma as well as hop character. Great Western Two Row Pale Malt, De Wolf-Cosyns' Caravienne and Munich Malts are combined to achieve an initial specific gravity approaching 1.065.

Bomber! Hazy color with big head. Typical IPA nose to it, nothing over the top. More malty than hoppy. I was expecting a little more hop to it.

Tap at Kuma’s. Nice looking beer, rich golden color. It’s pretty up there in rough bitterness, kind of similar to hopsickle, though not as complex. A dry IPA with a long bitterness but not enough hop flavor. Nice, but nothing spectacular.

Hazy golden body with a medium sized white head. Spicy herbal, floral hop nose with light citrus, honey and dough. The flavor lightly sweet, moderately bitter with cotton candy, spicy herbal and citrus hops, flowers and honey. Medium body is round with moderate carbonation. Solid.

22oz bottle, courtesy of artusory. Thanks, Ryan! Pours a hazy, golden-orange color; thin white head with solid lacing. Lots of earthy, spicy hops in the aroma; candy sugar and toasty grains. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: fluffy carbonation; lots of earthy and citrus hops; candy sugar, cereal, and chewy maltiness; reasonably tasty IPA. Lengthy finish, showing candy sugar, basic chewy malts, and plenty of earthiness.

Drank it on tap at the brewery. Pours an amber color, medium/light bodied. Piney aroma and taste, very well balanced with some sweetness.

Aroma is sweet orange citrus hops, vadalia onion- tastes like candy and onion. Finish lingers like a MF with bitter orange hops. This is stellar. ---more in-depth rating needed later---

On tap at Jerry’s. Orange with creamy beige head / Fresh pine nose / Light to medium body with lush, creamy hop finish / Fresh flavors of pine, orange, pineapple, and burnt sugar, with toasted finish / Outstanding.

Bottle - Pours a clouded coppery color, with a strong hoppy fruity aroma. Nice sweet fruity flavor with an even hop finish. Other flavors I can’t put my finger on, good complex flavor.
