Commercial Description:
Our version of the IPA beer style possesses a deep golden hue, rich malty flavor, a bold, complex, and enduring hop finish and is extremely full bodied. We dry hop this brew and use a combination of Fuggles and Chinook hop varieties resulting in an extremely enticing floral and spicy aroma as well as hop character. Great Western Two Row Pale Malt, De Wolf-Cosyns' Caravienne and Munich Malts are combined to achieve an initial specific gravity approaching 1.065.

good appearance, light amber with white head and moderate lacing. classic IPA aroma of fresh cut hay (the hops coming through) and pine. pretty floral. the flavor wasnt that great, was expecting more sweet citrus notes, but it was mostly just a watery hops feeling. the hops were great, but malts and citrus could have been more prominent. average IPA

Bottle. Hazy honey color with fluffy white head and visible suspended particles. Aroma is the standard IPA, Citrus, pine, hops, light malt character. Nice bitter flavor, almost no malt character, lingering and smooth finish, slightly metallic. Good body and carbonation. This is a above average IPA, and it was warm out today, so I enjoyed it. Close to being something very nice, and a good session beer.

Nice fragrant nose with English and NW hops. Cloudy golden body with sharp spiciness and bitter mouthfeel. A little lacking in the palate, but lingering bitterness hung out decently in the finish. Disappointing after the Hopsickle and Double IPA from Marin. Still, I could drink this year round no problem.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold color with a white head on top. Aroma is full of hops with citrus, grapefruit, and floral aromas coming in. Flavor is balanced between hops and malt but is pretty full of hop flavor at some points. Flavors of grapefruit are dominant on the palate. The beer leaves a bitterness at the end on the palate. An above average IPA and another good beer from Moylan’s.

22 oz bottle. Hazy gold/orange with a white head and moderate white lace. Towards the end of the pour the beer gets quite cloudy, with particles - ?dry hops? Floral and fruity aroma. Grapefruit with a hint of lemon at times, but not at all sour. Very smooth (for and IPA), with good body and hops all the way through. Long, hoppy, bitter aftertaste.

A nice IPA. About what I expected from Moylan. Aroma is a mild hoppy flavor. Appearance is medium orange with thick head. Mouthfeel is smooth with a light bitter taste.

Bottle: Hazy orange color with a big white head. Aroma, citrusy hops, with some pale malts, grapefruit. Flavor, Pale malts to start, some citrusy bitterness. A soft carbonation. Not bad, but nothing special.
