Commercial Description:
Our version of the IPA beer style possesses a deep golden hue, rich malty flavor, a bold, complex, and enduring hop finish and is extremely full bodied. We dry hop this brew and use a combination of Fuggles and Chinook hop varieties resulting in an extremely enticing floral and spicy aroma as well as hop character. Great Western Two Row Pale Malt, De Wolf-Cosyns' Caravienne and Munich Malts are combined to achieve an initial specific gravity approaching 1.065.

Pours a hazy golden copper with an average bubbly off white head that left some lacing. Aroma was up front hops, grapefruit, pine, caramel malt backbone, very fresh hop aroma. Flavor of grapefruit, hints of pine, nice caramel malt balance.

Bottle. Light orange with a frothy white large head. The aroma is sweetish - cookie caramel, lots of grapefruit. Blanced flavour is piney and bitter in your face. Resinous and chewy.

OK brew, and I wouldn’t throw it out of bed, but not sure if I’ld give it a sympathy shag. The aroma is very promising, but fleeting. Dark straw color, poor lacing on my crystal goblet. A little thin on the tounge, but great hop flavor. Mmmmmnn. I’ld buy another, I guess.

22 oz. bottle - Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a good size off white head. Lots of lacing. Has a strong grapefruit aroma. Flavor is mainly citrus hops. Not much balance here. Medium body. Not bad.

a pretty good ipa, pours a nice gold color with a rich head that lasts. crsip hop aroma, citrus and earthy at the same time. clean malty backbone that supports the hops, and a nice crisp bitter finish. very good beer.
