COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our version of the IPA beer style possesses a deep golden hue, rich malty flavor, a bold, complex, and enduring hop finish and is extremely full bodied. We dry hop this brew and use a combination of Fuggles and Chinook hop varieties resulting in an extremely enticing floral and spicy aroma as well as hop character. Great Western Two Row Pale Malt, De Wolf-Cosyns' Caravienne and Munich Malts are combined to achieve an initial specific gravity approaching 1.065.

Golden yellow pour with a white head. Aroma of floral hops and nice malt. Nice hoppy citrus flavor. Leaves a nice, not too syrupy, flavor in your mouth. Lacing shows each sip taken. As like the other Moylan’s I HAD BEFORE THIS, THANKS TO THE BREWER ,TASTY, WELL PRICED FOR MY BUDGET, beer that makes me happy.

Pours golden amber with a sizeable white head. Aroma is strong hops. Flavour is quite intensely hoppy, honey, pine and citrus, with a wonderful palate and aftertaste.

A: I cracked open the bomber and poured it into a Russian River pint glass to reveal a hazy, light golden elixir with a thin white foam. There is some nice lacing as I drink this beer. S: A pretty solid nose, primarily citrus and tropical fruit aromas. There is quite a bit of pineapple and mango, along with lots of grapefruit and mild orange. There is not much in the way of pine, however. A sweet maltiness rounds things out on the finish. T: The taste picks up where the scent leaves off. The hop flavors are quite fruity, but there is a nice level of piney bitterness that is missing from the nose. Finish has an interesting combination of grapefruit, pineapple, and light malt. M: The carbonation is at a light to moderate level, but the body is a bit on the thin side. D: The alcohol is quite faint and the hop flavors take center stage, while the malt does have a mild presence. This is quite a drinkable and solid IPA.

650ml bottle. Amber in colour with a thin white head. Honey, pine, and citrus aromas. Initial taste is mild sweetness, followed by a blast of floral hops with a good dose of citrus pith bitterness. Something slightly soapy about the taste. More bitter, and orange peel in the huge lasting finish. I have a feeling this is what chewing on raw hops would taste like.

Bottle. Strong lemongrass aroma. Cloudy amber, lacing offwhite head. Dry mouthfeel, Medium dry body, grassy and lemony, carries onto the strong aftertaste ( did I mention lemongrass ?).
